  • Ny rapport fra Delegationen för senior arbetskraft, et utvalg opprettet av den svenske regjeringen i 2018 for «främjande av äldre arbetskraft som ska motverka åldersdiskriminering och hitta möjligheter för att bättre ta tillvara äldres erfarenhet och kompetens».

    Rapporten er skrevet av Kerstin Nilsson som blant annet er professor i folkehelse og som har forsket på området i lang tid.

  • Investments in lifelong learning often create unsatisfactory results and contribute to reproduction of inequalities. A lifecourse approach allows the study of accumulation mechanisms and discovering how path dependency in behaviours relates to macrostructural mechanisms. Using data from the Survey of Health, Ageing, and Retirement in Europe (SHARE), we trace individual training trajectories in the population of 50+ in twelve European countries between 2010 and 2015 (27 370 respondents).

  • Høsten 2018 la en arbeidsgruppe nedsatt av Finansdepartementet fram forslag til endringer i regelverket for garanterte pensjonsprodukter. Forslagene er nå vurdert av Finanstilsynet i høringsnotat av 3. juli 2019. Pensjonsforum inviterer til seminar 30. august hvor Finanstilsynet redegjør for sine forslag og vurderinger. I tillegg får vi kommentarer fra Finansnæringen og representanter fra partene i arbeidslivet.
